You can start with whatever makes sense for your situation. Some clients come in on Tier 1 with just GBP and local SEO because they’re not ready to run paid ads yet. Others jump straight to the Growth plan for full coverage. That said, the four channels are designed to work together — you’ll get better results from all four running as a system than from any one in isolation. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll tell you honestly on a strategy call.

It depends on the channel. Google Ads and Local Service Ads can generate calls within days of launching — they’re paid channels that turn on quickly. Local SEO and Google Business Profile take longer. Most clients start seeing meaningful ranking movement in 3–5 months, with strong results in 6–12 months. We’ll always be upfront about realistic timelines for your specific market and situation. Anyone promising page-one rankings in 30 days is not being honest with you.

They’re both Google paid products but they work very differently. Google Ads (Search) shows text ads when someone searches a keyword — you pay per click regardless of whether that click turns into a call. Local Service Ads (LSA) show your business with a Google Guaranteed badge above regular ads — you only pay when someone actually contacts you through the ad. LSA typically generates higher-quality leads because the intent is higher and the Google Guaranteed badge builds immediate trust. Most contractors should be running both.

You pay Google directly from your own account. We never touch your ad budget or mark it up. Our fee is purely for management. This also means you always have full visibility into what you’re spending and where — nothing is hidden inside our billing.

Yes, completely. We work inside your existing Google Ads, LSA, and Google Business Profile accounts — not ours. Every campaign, every keyword list, every conversion tracking setup belongs to you from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you and can continue running it yourself or hand it to another agency without starting over. We don’t believe in holding client data hostage.

No. All plans are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice to offboard cleanly, but there’s no minimum commitment period. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them into contracts they can’t get out of.

Every client gets a monthly performance report written in plain English — not a spreadsheet full of metrics that don’t mean anything to a business owner. We report on what matters: calls generated, lead volume, cost per lead, ranking improvements, and what we’re doing the following month. Tier 2 clients get bi-weekly check-in calls. Tier 3 clients get weekly reporting and a monthly strategy call. You’ll never wonder what we’re doing or whether it’s working.

The most common complaints we hear: the agency built everything in their own platform (so clients owned nothing when they left), fees were tied to ad spend (so the agency was incentivized to inflate budgets), reporting was vague, and nobody actually specialized in home services. Multi-location clients get a unified strategy across all markets with location-specific targeting and consolidated reporting. Pricing is custom based on location count and service mix.
